What is therapie?

It’s specialized movement methods for therapeutic results.

Juliet Loranger has designed this service for School of Yoga New Bedford called therapie for people of all ages and conditions with three main things in mind.

#1 Scope of Practice Juliet is at the highest level of certification in yoga, a trainer and teacher of yoga for 20 years, She is further educated in joint health, pain science, tissue mechanics, and movement and performance strategies. We recognize that we are not healthcare professionals or doctors at SYNB, however Juliet can communicate with your doctors and physical/occupational therapists to best compliment their courses of treatment/action.

#2 Capabilities of the Client are Respected and Nurtured The respect and encouragement needed to progress beyond the status quo is often bypassed in other treatment situations. Join Juliet to access to your capabilities and to own them! You will be informed and coached every step of the way (literally).

#3 Methods are Key to Adaptation, Resiliency and Consistency Method, method, method and when that doesn't work, relearn how to move again and better. Everyone has to at some point. You will learn easy to understand methods to work on your own for more successful results.

You will be provided with quality and thoughtful movement methods set into a personalized strategy for the goal of improvement, embodiment, and betterment. Whether injured or in prime form, athletic or book-ish Juliet and her team will make going to 'therapie' fun and inventive for you.
