Classes are all levels, unless specified. Our classes and teachers are smart and encouraging.

  • SYNB’s signature class….focuses on poses, structure, alignments, isometric strengthening. Influences in the FORM classes are Iyengar yoga, Yin, Somatics, and being direct.

  • These classes are movement based with a connection to rhythmic breathing and coordinated sequences. a fun and energizing class. May be slow or strong depending on the teacher.

  • The focus of these classes are JOINT HEALTH! There are yoga poses, stretching, and it exercises muscles in a way that supports a vitality that makes us more mobile. Perfect for athletes and those who don't really love yoga.

    Functional Range Conditioning methods are used. Nic and Juliet are certified FRC teachers.

  • This class is intended for people that are older and experiencing a need for better ways to moves and stay mobile. It is slow, strategic, and has a focus on aging gracefully. Perfect class for those dealing with injury, ailments or post surgery. Also excellent for people that have a difficult time getting up and down off the floor.

  • A moderately paced class that brings choreographed movements together with a focus on spinal and deep core subtle strength and posture. Our teacher Katie Wingo White is trained in the Classical Pilates Method at the highest level.

  • A practice of resting and relaxing with the structure of props and support. And by props we mean ALOT of props - this is not your average restorative class. Everything is tailored to the person practicing for the sake of complete restoration of the body, mind, and nervous system.

  • A super fun dancercise class set to amazing playlists. Expect some choreography, free movements and core work. It is sweaty and liberating!

  • vitality + mobility for seniors

    This class is designed to address the many physical needs that come with aging. This is more than the average ‘chair yoga’ class. It is very safe and designed to be functional and educational. The group size is set to 6 persons. Each attendee is able to fill out a form which lets Juliet know of any injuries, fears, needs, interests, goals, past surgeries, upcoming surgeries etc. You will strengthen, gain confidentce and become more agile as you some extra mobility here and there.

  • the order - classical mat pilates

    Join Katie Wingo-White a classically trained Classical Mat Pilates instructor for a very special and very informative approach to understand and best practice the form and flow of the a Classical Mat Pilates sequence. Intended to pay respect to the originator of this method while highlighting Katie’s passion to make every body feel like there’s a place for them in this process. De-mystify and gain a greater appreciation to your core, your spine and and attentive self!!

  • pre/post natal yoga series

    This is a very special 6 week series full of informational practices and group support. Jae'Lynn Williams has taken much time to curate this welcoming, honest and accessible series. You can expect to practice yoga, reflect, learn and communicate with each other about the ways yoga can be a brilliant physical, mental, and emotional experience to aid with preparing for and following birth. Jae'Lynn is influenced and educated by Bec Currant of Om Births.

  • lagniappe | props edition

    LAGNIAAPE is a term commonly used in Louisiana which refers to ‘a lil’ extra’ of something. Juliet named her Intermediate/Advanced practices Lagniappe because these classes have that touch of something extra. This edition of Lagniappe goes from dowels to ropes to balls, blankets and more. Equally active as it will be restorative, using props for all of the ways we can.

    This class will include stretching, moving and breathing to help creatives/makers feel connected to their body. We believe a better connection to making movements is a better connection to making, creating, crafting, curating. A short but accessible and dynamic way to fuel your tank with inspiration!

  • yoga + a movie

    Super fun community building event. It’s exactly what we said - a 45 minute yoga class follwed by a movie. This one features Juliet + Gillian co-teaching and The Breakfast Club as the movie to follow.
